chapters 7-9

In equalities passed society, he lived within a manipulated dual group of people that didn't believe in independence, infact they were so scared to stand up individually that if they caught another person doing so they would report to the authorities on what the other has committed. They are taught to refer to themselves as, “we” instead of, “I“ because they didn't want people starting rebellions.  In equalities new society he has a name and his independence and also has a woman he loves and besides that they found a house from the unmitigable times and from where it left me off they were gonna have a kid.

chapters 10-12

I'm going to be suggesting two quotes from chapters 10 through 12 that speak out to how i act every day. My first quote that speaks to me is in chapter 10 it goes, we look ahead, we beg our hearts for guidance in answering this call no voices has spoken, that quote speaks to me because everything in this worlds chaotic and we don't know what to believe so we side with the most appealing thing we hear. Now for my second quote in which i found in chapter 11, It is my mind which thinks, and the judgement of my mind is the only searchlight that can find the truth. It is my will which chooses, and the choice of my will is the only edict i must respect. I always try to be true to my self inside and believing everything in which i thinks right and learn for myself instead of following everything everybody else says

chapter 3-6

In Anthem nobody ever tried to escape from the palace of corrective detention because everyone was so manipulated to be equal to their surrounding brethren, but in equalities head he knew that he thought differently but wondered if everyone else secretly did to. Well anyways he was in the detention palace for sneaking off at night and working on his project. But one day he accidentally stayed out too long and was caught coming back so late so they questioned him about where he has been but he didn't have an excuse because thats not how these people operate so he refused to speak of his whereabouts so they sent him away and he was wiped but still couldn't speak so he was healing up in his cell for his next wiping when he thought about escaping because he knew the cell doors were very weak so he broke out and there were pretty much no guards about so the rest was easy for him and the reason for there to be no guards is because people don't really rebel in this community because they're so manipulated to the point there so scared of the consequences.

chapter 2 anthem

In the story I'm reading called Athens the word that equality is trying to recapture could be a word of independence and for the people to express themselves as an individual.The people that run athens obviosly don't want there people in fear so they can manipulate them and have them work with them so there could be a higher powered person somewhere watching and he's obviously vary paranoid by threatining death just by people wanting to be there own person and figure things out with there own ways by first hand experience. If all the people of Athens were free and had freedom of speech and could make a living by doing what they love they couldn't be manipulated and scared in to doing what others told them so there trying to make a perfect but not so perfect world..

chapter one anthem society

             Anthem is the dark ages of the future,people are raised in to manipulation and ill be giving a couple of reasons why i would not wanna live in Anthem. Well first of all the people are raised to be scared of consequences and they do exactly what there told. secondly people don't even get to express themselves there all 100 percent equal and there groups they live with are numbered, and they must express themselves by saying "we" and its evil to say "i". The group that the book mainly has you read about is numbered as equality 7-2521 and the certain person you read about is cleaver compared to his sourounders and he evan manipulates in the end of chapter one by telling the people who saw them coming out of the hole they found to not tell the authorities.
